Cover has mild shelf wear and wrinkle to bottom front edge. Back cover also has very light scratch and slight dents. Bottom of page block has two sharpie pen marks. Inside pages are clean and crisp. First few pages have very minimal waviness at bottom edge. Very good to good ++ condition. See photos for details.
